Ruby Meija
My passion for this work was born out of my personal journey as a first-generation Latina overcoming adversity, trauma, and emotional suppression. My commitment to holistic healing came from navigating challenges like numbness, anxiety, and depression, and facing the limitations of a healthcare system that prescribed medication without addressing the root causes. This lead me to explore self-development practices and holistic body-based practices like yoga, sound meditations and breathwork. Fueled by this transformation, I founded this service-based business with a mission to create environments that provide support in fostering internal safety, and stability, especially for those with challenging pasts.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of introducing mindfulness practices to diverse communities, impacting schools, families, and CEOs positively. Currently, I find fulfillment from working individually with clients and facilitating empowering events and retreats, both virtually and in-person in California and Europe. Join me as I guide individuals like you toward the liberating experience of authentically feeling and releasing emotions connected to complex pasts.

I am a certified stretch-therapist and yoga instructor who specializes in using physical movement and mindfulness practices to empower and support people on their self-healing journeys. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and extensive training in both physical and holistic techniques like breathwork, sound bath and meditation, I can help others reconnect with their inner guidance system for greater physical and emotional well-being.
Many consider me a mind-body-spirit ‘alchemist’ known for my ability to bridge western research and eastern practices into practical and actionable strategies that drive mindset shifts and catalyze systematic performance change.
In my classes, individual sessions, and retreats, I focus on intentional movement, mindfulness, and sensory-based practices to increase awareness and enhance overall well-being. My commitment is to share tools for self-healing and empowerment, equipping individuals with essential resources to cultivate internal safety, wholeness, and balance.
